Today was our Colleague Appreciation Day, and it was a HUGE success. People were hanging out by their mailboxes looking for a smile to wear.
In a previous post, I showed you the poster that I put in every one’s mailbox and promised I’d post about how it went. Well, I couldn’t be happier. Participation was close to 100%, and although not everyone wrote a note to a fellow staff member, everyone received an index card with a note of praise.
