We are www.themiddleschoolcounselor.com is owned and operated by Carol Miller, sole proprietor and Carol Miller is the “data controller” of any personal data it may collect, process and hold about you, unless we inform you otherwise.

1. What personal data do we collect?

The personal data we collect from you directly can include your name, email address, mobile/landline telephone number, date of birth, address, your profession,  your business/company name, your purchasing activity, your financial information such as your credit or debit card numbers, and data that is automatically collected–IP address, web browser type and version, operating system, and a list of URL’s starting with a referring site, your activity on Our Site and the site to which you exit.

3. How do we use your personal data and what are our legal justifications for doing so?

To make our products and services available to you
