Shhhh. . .we’re testing

NYS ELA testing for grades 3-8 has begun.  I updated my signs for testing in progress and copies one I saw on Pinterest.  I enclosed it with our testing supplies.  In each of the boxes are tests, answers sheets, directions, roster, and a proctoring duties form.  They also contain extra sharpened pencils and tissues.  Each box has the teacher’s name, room number and is color coded by grade level.  Teachers love the organization and they are quick and easy to grab first thing in the morning. (You can look at this post from last year to see the forms that go into each box.)

Proctors also need to sign off that they were proctors so below is my sign in station.  I think my signs are cute.
